1. General Shipping Information:

1) We will arrange the shipment every Wednesday. （For orders which we will ship from amazon EU/US/JP warehouse, the shipment will be arranged every day. ）

2) We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3) Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 

4) In addition to transit time, there may be processing time. 

2. What countries do you ship to?

Due to global logistic issues, we've closed shipments to the following countries: Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg/Czech Republic/Slovakia/Turkey/Australia/Thailand/Singapore/Philippines/Malaysia. You can also purchase EarFun products via authority shop offline in your country. Sorry for all the inconvenience.
